Straightforward pricing. No per-seat surprises on AI features.

Common questions
- What counts as an "AI Workflow Agent"?
- Each agent is assigned to a specific operational domain — a support queue, a sales pipeline, an engineering workflow. Agents are discrete: a Zendesk support agent and a HubSpot pipeline agent are two separate agents. The Launch plan includes one; the Team plan includes five. Scale removes the limit.
- Can I change plans as my team grows?
- Yes. You can upgrade at any time; the cost difference is prorated from your upgrade date. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts on Launch or Team. Scale plans have an optional annual commitment with a discount — ask about it during your demo.
- How does the Human Approval Layer work at the team level?
- On the Team plan and above, approval requests can be routed to specific team members based on the type of action or the workflow involved. A Jira ticket update might route to an engineering lead; a HubSpot pipeline change might route to the sales manager. Approval routing is configurable without engineering involvement.
- Is my data used to train AI models?
- No. Your operational data is used to run your agents and build your Knowledge Graph Memory. It is not used to train shared models, and it is not accessible to other SynthOps customers. Enterprise customers can request full data isolation documentation.
- What happens during the demo?
- We connect SynthOps to a sample environment — either a sandbox we have prepared or, with your permission, a read-only connection to your actual stack — and walk through what Process Intelligence surfaces. You will see real agent recommendations, the approval interface, and the audit log. The session is 30 minutes. We do not use it as a sales call.
Not sure which plan fits?
Start with a demo. We will walk through your stack, understand the workflows you want to monitor, and recommend the right plan based on what you are actually trying to do — not what looks best in a comparison table.
